Easy Presentations
Want to present using PowerPoint slides? Our Presentation mode is perfect for that and oh so easy to use.
Upload your PowerPoint file ahead of time, the room will store the presentation for you and when it is time to present, all you do is hit play and pace through the presentation like a pro.
Broadcast Videos
Have a pre-recorded video presentation you want to broadcast? Our Show feature works like a charm.
Upload your video before the presentation, then click the play button when you're ready. You can even keep the video in the room to re-use at a later date. No re-uploading required.
Cross Platform Compatibility
The web conference rooms are 100% flash based. This means anyone on Windows, Mac or even Linux (with flash installed) can host, moderate and participate.
Flash is installed on a large percentage of computers throughout the world. If you can view a YouTube video, you can use the room.
Share Your Desktop
Sometimes the only way to teach someone how to do something is to show them how. Using desktop sharing, you can let up to 25 particpants see your desktop as you work.
Private Audio or Text Chats
Webinars can take a lot of planning. You can chat with your staff 'behind the scenes' using audio or text chat to make sure everything runs smoothly. Staff can even communicate questions to you via private chat so you won't be distracted with the chatter of your guests.
Save Text Chats
You can save your text chats to be distributed later. We are also working on new recording features so you can record audio only, audio with web cam or audio with presentation.
Share Files
Want to distribute handouts to all guests? It is so easy. All you do is click the file sharing button, upload the file and it will instantly be pushed to everyone in the room.
Easy Room Moderation
As unpleasant a thought, sometimes you can get people who are a little out of control in your webinars. To keep things upbeat and positive, you can quickly and easily kick, mute or ban people with one click.

English not your guests or your native language? Our rooms currently support Spanish, French, Russian, Dutch, Swedish and Italian
Encrypted Transmission
We understand that some of your discussions are held in the strictest of confidence. That is why all communication. Text, Audio and Video is encrypted from end to end.
Branding
Many web conference services don't even let you brand your room. We do. From an image at the corner of your room to default web pages. You can make the room your own.
Quickly Change Permissions
Have someone in the room you want to promote to moderator just for the session? Click their name to instantly give them selected moderator features. No need for special log ins.

Want to discuss something sensitive? Or maybe you are holding a special conference for a select few. You can eaily make the room accessible only to those with a special password.
Stop Unauthorized Use
