The Internet is an ever more integral part of our lives around the world. This changes everything from how we do business, what we use to do business and how we communicate.

Traffic problems, time limitations and the ever escalating gas prices are forcing more and more people to rely on the Internet to learn, shop and work. As business people, we try to keep travel expenses down yet effectively conduct seminars, train our staff, contractors, affiliates. We're also constantly striving for a more personal yet private method to talk to our customers and support them online.

To solve this problem, many have relied on telephone conferencing. It has been quite effective for a while now but consider this. Did you know that 90% of people on the call are not paying attention to you? This isn't something I plucked out of the air just to try to make you believe me. It's a real statistic and it hasn't changed over time. So... aren't you throwing away 90% of your budget each time you hold a teleconference? Are you a staunch teleconference believer? I thought they were the best thing since sliced bread too - I still do in many ways but I also quickly realized teleconferences alienate a huge group of people. The international market.
